The Blue Hunter was the idea of First Lieutenant Reto Seipel, and the transformation was made in 1989 at
Interlaken AFB by the men of FlSt7 and Fliegerkorps 9, whose arrow symbol was carried on the starboard side.
She wore these colours for just three days.
